How do you chill? - Generally spend my time with friends and family. Thoroughly enjoy watching most sports.
What is it about the Bay that inspires you? - The fact that everyone in the team makes you feel welcome. The work ethic collectively is unbelievable. Everyone knows everyone, which creates a sense of belonging. The coaches have fun, but also push the players to always strive for more
Who at False Bay inspires you? - The players that during hectic cross fit sessions still have the lung power to say keep “ keep going gents “
What do you do to relax or what are your interests outside of rugby? - I am very much into hiking. I also enjoy the occasional game of soccer with friends.
Which club do you enjoy playing against and why? - Maties, because who doesn’t like crushing the dreams of the Maroon Machine?
What is your Dream Sports event, one you would most like to attend? - I would like to attend the Rugby World Cup hosted in Japan in 2019.
Your favourite rugby moment? - Scoring my opening try for False Bay.
Your most embarrassing rugby memory? - Dropping the ball underneath the posts after running 75 meters to score the try… high school things
Who is your funniest team mate? - TB. Basically TB cannot keep his mouth shut for 5 minutes and everything he says is either ridiculous or something nobody else would say.
