Family was very sporty back in the day. My old man played rugby from a young age starting at Simonstown and ending at Muzinberg 1st XV (was good back in the day). He has also played for SA Navy, WP defence and for the good old bay 1st XV! My mom played Netball, swimming and athletics.

What do you like about False Bay?
The bay is like another home to me. Always good to have banter before and after prac with mates. Also the good food and cheap drinks #brandyspecial
